Hello, I have completed my Diploma in Pharmacy. I had also given my 12th Board exams before starting Diploma and had compartment in one subject in 12th. So, can I write the exam of that 12th compartment paper now?

Please note that the facility to appear in the improvement examination is applicable only for the regular/current appeared candidates. You can not apply for the re improvement exams after a gap of almost 3 years (i.e. after completion of diploma).
Hence, now in your case, you are not eligible to appear in the re-improvement examination.
