Can IIT-JEE test be written online?...could u please tell me whether is it ppossible to do so

No IIT JEE exam can not be written online.
you can apply for this exam online,and this
will help in saving some money.
Boys will have to pay Rs. 1800/- for the application fee for the prestigious Joint Entrance Examination conducted by IITs. But if they apply ONLINE then they will have to pay just Rs 1600/-
