Re: Can MSc electronics and telecommunication graduates apply for railway recruitment board selection engineers?
# As you have completed M.SC in Electronics and telecommunication, you are definitely eligible to apply for section engineer post in railway department.
# Four years engineering degree in civil or electrical or electronics or mechanical or production engineering or automobile or instrumentation and control from AICTE approved college or university is the educational qualification required to apply for this post. And M.SC electronics or instrumentation and control engineering candidates are also eligible to apply. # Age limit to apply for this post is 20-34 years and the age relaxations are : -> 3 years for ex-servicemen and OBC candidates -> 5 years for SC and ST candidates -> 10 years for PWD candidates -> 13 years for PWD OBC candidates -> 15 years for PWD SC and ST candidates. #The selection process of this post is online written test, medical fitness test and personal interview. # Online exam is conducted in five sections for 150 marks. And those 5 sections are : -> Technical ability(90 marks) -> General awareness -> Arithmetic ability -> Reasoning -> General science. |
