Can a Nepalese citizen apply for the post of Assistant Professor after qualifying NET?


If a Nepalese citizen cracks NET examination then will that person be able to get the post of Assistant Professor in Indian colleges? If not, then which type of jobs can one get? What about teacher in high schools?
