I DONT HAVE DOMICILE OF DELHI AS I AM A RESIDENT OF HARYANA.CAN I APPEAR IN D-PMT?

iam sc female from andhra.am i elligeble for du mbbs seats at lady hardinge?.aipmt does not allow ap students to appear in exam,which is common exam for both(ai &dupmt).pl help.

a sc female student from ap (andhra )can she apply for dupmt through aipmt without submitting the affedevit,as she wil claim for delhi mbbs & not ai seats.
