Can a Pharm.D(p.b) graduate is allowed to work for a R&D in a Pharmaceutical company?

Hello, myself Pavan, I'm doing B.Pharm (final year) and I'm interested in doing Pharm.d (p.b) after completion of B.Pharm. Will I be eligible for working in a R&D department after completion of Pharm.D (p.b)?
