Can a student of Maharashtra apply for Delhi PMT or DUMET ?
i am from mumbai and i have completed my 10th and 12th education from maharashtra (state board) ,i want to give delhi pmt ,i want to complete my medical education from delhi and for the pmt i refer cbse (ncert books)but i dont know that maharashtra student are eligible or not? i want to know the whole eligibility criteria .

You are definetely eligible.
Eligibility for DUMET & DPMT:- 1) Age should be 17 years atleast. 2) Candidates must have passed in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually and have secured a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together from a recognised university. sorry u can not
only those who have passed there secodary school(12th)from delhi only they can appear DPMT but u can give VMMC safadarjung exam n u can get delhi college if u r among 100 in cbse pmt |

Educational qualification
The condition of studying 11th and 12th class from a school situated within the national capital territory of Delhi shall not be applicable to following applicant Female candidates belonging to SC/ST/children, widows and wives of armed and para military personnel killed or disabled, wards of Ex-servicemen personnel and serving personnel of the Defence/Armed Forces and all Police Forces Only those who belong to above category are eligible from other state.If you satisfy anyone requirement you can apply for the exam otherwise you can not. But you can apply for All India entrance exam |
