Can we get admission in B.Tech in any metro cities without appearing for any entrance?
Is that really important to give entrance exam after 12th to get admission in B.Tech courses in any of the 4 metro cities (Calcutta, Chennai, Mumbai and Delhi)? Or, can we get admission directly on the basis of 12th results?

Yes, it is important to give entrance examinations for admission to B.tech in government and private Institutions through councelling. The benefit of giving the entrance examinations like JEE is that you will have many options and almost every private college gives admission on the basis of scores scored in competitive examinations. Moreover, the fees is upto 70% less than seats reserved under managementt quota.
