Respected Sir, I have to apply for NET exam but I am confused with my Caste. I am BC Agamudayar so I want to know which category I belong to OBC or General if I am BC Agamudayar? Please answer as soon as possible.

Agamudayar is a Tamil community, and its origin found mainly in the Indian State of Tamil Nadu. The community belong to Other Backward Class. So, you need to write OBC while filling up the NET application form.

I don't know exactly but according to my knowledge it comes under BC.

Dear Friend,

BC Agamudayar comes under other backward classes only. So you belong to OBC category and you can apply for the exam under the OBC quota.
