Yes you can join Indian defense services by applying for UES(university entry scheme)
or if you are graduate then you can apply for CDS examination. If your age in between 18 to 24 then you are absolutely eligible for CDS exem,Your qualification is enough for official level,you can apply for it...

Hi
The candidates who have completed their graduation are eligible to apply for the Combined defence service examination. Girls are eligible to apply for the CDSE exam. So after the completion of your engineering you can apply for the CDSE exam. This exam is conducted by the UPSC every year. The details regarding the CDSE exam is given below: Education Qualification (i) For IMA and OTA The candidate applying for the IMA and OTA through CDSE exam should be graduate in any discipline from recognized university. (ii) For Naval Academy Candidate applying for the Naval Academy through CDSE exam should have a degree in engineering. (iii) For Air Force Academy Candidate applying for the Air Force Academy through CDSE exam should be graduate with physics and maths at 10+2 level. If you want to fill it online then you can fill it up from www.upsconline.nic.in But only after 30th Of April, And if you want to buy Forms then you can buy them from GPO's of your area. In Combined Defense Service(CDS),their are four category type of fields to do job.
1.Indian Military Army Academy 2.Indian Naval Academy 3.Indian Air Force Academy 4.Indian Officer Training Academy 5.Indian Officer Training Academy First 1 to 4 are for Male unmarried candidates,who age lies between 19 t0 24 years,19 to 22 years ,19 to 23 years and 19 to 25 years respectively. And 5th one is for Female unmarried candidates,whose age lies between 19 to 25 years. So if your age lies between 19 to 2 years,you can apply for CDS exam.
