For the cream branches like CSE or ECE you need to have a rank within 5000. That means the score has to be around 130 to get a seat comfortably of the stream you want. As otherwise you might have to fill up the waiting list form and stretch your luck a little bit more. With 91 you will get aeronautical, automobile civil easily.. After that you can later try for an upgrade in any branch . The CGPA required varies with the branch . Mech 9.5+, CSE 9.3+, ECE 8.7+ ,Chemical 7.5+, Civil Aero Auto Mechatronics 7+.
