Circumstances under which OBC NCL certificate can be issued?


I am resident of Bengal (12th pass from Bengal), migrated from Bihar. I have the caste certificate, income certificate, and residential certificate of Bihar. Regarding JEE, would the OBC NCL central certificate signed by an officer from Bihar be acceptable? Can I get the OBC NCL central certificate from Bengal without Bengal caste certificate?

Yes, it would be valid in Bengal. They just need the correct and valid documents.



Moreover, you are a resident of Bihar so definitely the documents will be issued Bihar itself.
