Countersign on Transfer Certificate for changing from CBSE school to MP Board school


My daughter pass 8th class from CBSE school but i want to change board from CBSE to MP Board now MP Board school ask about Countersign on Transfer Certificate if it is necessary then what is the procedure for change CBSE to MP Board

***Yes ,now the school management before accepting the student requires countersign on transfer certificate
