Which are the countries and colleges good for M.Sc Nursing and job together?


I am the student of 3rd year B.Sc Nursing. After complication of my course I want to go abroad for job & pursuing M.Sc Nursing. Is it possible? Which country would be best for it where I can do M.Sc Nursing and job simultaneously?
