Hi......I have completed my B.tech in ECE.I want to my start my career in networking but confused how to start.
What should I do first CCNA or MCSE.

Dear friend

If you make your career bright in networking field and if you have done the basic computer course, then firstly you have to go for MCSE because this course will give you good knowledge of windows networking administration.

After that go for CCNA because after completing MCSE, this course will give you good understanding of networking devices like router and how to configure and administer them.

So, please do both these courses with your heart because if you will complete this course in good manner and you have good command on these courses, then please go for REDHAT LINUX course.

Because after completing MCSE and CCNA cousre, you will perform well in REDHAT.

So, please do this course with complete efforts and you will definately get sucess in networking field and you will get good pacakage in any IT companies.

The CCNA is very "hands on" and you learn a lot more about networking principles, right from the basics to real technology. However, the MSCE teaches you about Active Directory, SQL Server and Polocies.

Although it is good to have both of it or else think think which one you are more interested in systems (MCS*) or networking (CCN*) as both are completely different,
one aimed at setting up and maintaining a Windows Network
and the other on installing and configuring Cisco network

GOOD to see you as a ece engineer and you have chosen your career as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
first you start your career with MCSE then go for CCNA(Cisco Certified Network Associate).

CCNA is better for you,it is totally networking course,pay you high in future.after that you can upgrade to CCNP.

I recently visited one institute they were informing about new track MCITP. Is MCITP has career growth? I am confused that should I go with MCSE, MCITP or CCNA? I want to develope my career in Networking field. So Is it important that I should begin with Microsoft certifications?

mcitp is the "new" mcse, mcse covers windows server 2003, mcitp covers server 2008..
if you take mcse 2003, there will be upgrade paths to mcitp 2008..

the choices depend on what career path you want to follow:

Systems Admin-->> MCSE then MCITP
Network Admin -- >> CCNA

it is also good to take both..
