Company profile: Qsource is a provider of expertise consultancy in recruitment and human resource management. It started in 2004 in Chennai and in 2006 shifted its headquarters to Bangalore. It is recruiting firm providing human resource at all levels of management. The company is setting up in Pune and Visakhapatnam apart from operating in Bangalore and Chennai. The company has been partners with many Indian Giants as well as International players.

Job profile: The candidates would have to take inbound calls from the companies US clients. The company would like the candidate selected to join immediately. The shift timings for the candidates would of the US time zones.

Qualifications and Experience: The candidate must be a Graduate (any stream), B.Tech and BE candidates need not apply. Candidates applying for Technical support must be a BCA or BSc computer science or any Graduate with a 6 months Diploma in Computers. MCSE or CCSE or CCNA certification would be an added advantage. A minimum of 1 year experience in an International call center is a must. Candidates with good knowledge in servers & networking knowledge, good communication skills, high enthusiasm and energy levels would be preferred.
