I am working in Aegis call centre jamshedpur last 14 month ,what cource can be done after B.COM to build my good carrer.

As you are working in call center, you might be good enough in communication skills as you have undergone some sort of training there.

Soon after the completion of your B.Com i would suggest you to go for MBA as this is having very demand in these days.

Other than MBA, you may also go for M.Com which is having very limited number of opportunities.

You may also try Chartered Accountancy. Hard efforts and good subject knowledge is required to get through this course.

go for MBA man..
the education loan is available and when you complete your MBA you will placed at good post and you will repay it but only if you done from reputed b-schools.
and if you clear FMS exams than you can do it MBA in 50000 or 100000.
so try to give this exams and work hard.

You can apply for bank PO and clerk exams if you want job after your BCom. you can also do a CS (Company Seceretry ). You can do course like MCom and then Phd or Bed.

Since, you have some work experience I would recomment you to go for some professional courses in Accountancy.

Cost and Management Accountant, ICWAI
Chartered Accountant, ICAI

However, these courses will take 3 to 4 years in completion but, has will secure your life. The demands for Chartered Accountants are high in market and you'll get handsome salary packages.

If you want some shorter courses than you may go for MBA. Since, you have practical work experience Institutes will accept it as an added advantage.

MBA in Finance or Banking would be very good.

Since you are a working person I will suggest you to do M.Com but in a distance mode. That way not only the master degree course will help you further advance in your studies but also you can complete your master degree along with your job. Now the best institute for that will be IGNOU. You will require around Rs.3,600 or a little more. The forms will be available in the student zone of the website www.ignou.ac.in. The duration of the course is 2 years as the normal regular course. At the end of it you will be a UGC accredited M.Com degree holder. So try it.

You have several options after B.Com to select from. If you could have given some information about the area of your interest, I could have made the answer more specific but anyway here it goes.


M.Com


I will recommend that you pursue M.Com only if you are interested in National Eligibility Test. Since to appear for NET, candidates are required to have minimum qualification of post graduation degree. I think M.Com would be the most obvious choice for you. However you will need at least 55 percent marks in post graduation to appear for National Eligibility Test.



MCA


If you have any interest in computers then MCA is a good option for you. It is possible to pursue MCA after B.Com if you had Maths as one of the subjects in 12th or B.Com. You will also need at least 50 percent marks in graduation to apply for the MCA course.


However I would say that you should only apply for the MCA if you have scored at least 60 percent marks throughout academic career. I say that because most IT companies require this criteria for the job.



MBA

You can certainly make a good career in MBA. Since you are commerce student my advice would be to select MBA in Finance or Banking. These courses would make a lot of sense and would also bring great career prospect.


To apply for MBA you will have to score minimum of 50 percent marks in graduation if want to appear for Common Admission Test entrance exam. This exam is especially recommended since its the key to admission in IIMs that are considered as top business schools in the country. However you can also appear for other entrance exams.



LLB


You can also choose law as the career path for yourself. If you have scored 45 percent marks in graduation then it would be no issue to apply for the LLB course. Just remember to apply for 3 years long LLB not the BA LLB. You also need to be under 30 years to apply for it.


One more thing, do not made the mistake of applying for LLB through correspondence because Bar Council of India does not recognize such degrees.

which are very common when a commerce graduate like you completes your graduation. Although, I too have gone through the same phase of my life therefore, it will be my pleasure to share some knowledge and information in this regard. I will try with the following steps :

1. First of all analyze your marks, if you have scored 50% and above then there are good number of chances to sit for various courses as well as for competitive exams also.

2. See, whether you have an analytical bent of mind, what I meant to say is how you find yourself with the "numbers" i.e. mathematics / accounts /tax ; if good then lots of options are there, but don't feel sad if you are not. With the opening of several venues one can opt for anything he or she wants.

3. Now note down the following courses which you can opt for if you have good inclination in maths or accounts or numbers etc.The courses obviously are

ICAI (Chartered Accountancy course),

ICWAI (cost accountancy course),

MBA (You can specialize in Finance, Operation Research, Marketing,Human Resource, Sales & logistic,Mass Communication etc.),
