Now i am doing BCOM from Ignou. Shall i go for MCA after this.I have been pursuing BCOM 3rd year.if i am able to do MCA what will be my fees in total and is this good for me or not.Or please suggest some other courses which is good for my career.

After B.Com you can enroll for the MCA course if you are satisfy all the requirements. It is a must that Maths should have been amongst the subjects that you studied in both first year of graduation as well as 12th standard. For joining MCA course you need to appear for the entrance exam conducted by the institute or the university to which the institute is affiliated to. MCA is a good option if you have interest in computer application. The fees will be around Rs 40000 to 50000.

MCA is very good (BEST ) course in today's Economic Scenario.

The industry which is growing with very high speed is Computer and Information Technology Industry.

This industry is producing large number of employment opportunities for the students or candidates.

But few thing should be kept in a mind that doing MCA will yield maximum benefits if it is done with proper way

means it should be done from regular institute and if possible it should be done from good and reputed school.

Eligibility criteria for admission in MCA

1. Graduation in any Discipline from recognized university.
2. At least 50% to 60% marks in your graduation.
3. Student must have studied Maths/Statistics/Business-Maths in class 12th.


All reputed MCA Institute conduct Entrance Examination.

i havebeen pass 12th in 51% percent....... can i do b. computer and then mca this is good for my career ............

i have done A level from DOEACC and B.com from D.U but i had not secure 50% marks in graduation can i do MCA

To opt for MCA, it is important that you must have studies maths in your 12th, and 1&2nd year of your graduation.
If you satisfy these requirements / criteria then you can opt for MCA as there are many concerned universities which provide MCA course. And the duration of this course is 2 years.
