There should be a comprehensive list of universities who offers M.Tech in dist. mode, most of the addresses given in the websites are either fake or dosen't relate to engg except computer engg. Any one pl. let us know the name of any versity who offers masters in engg in distance mode other than those 44 disgraced universities.

I have scored 29.67 (in civil engg.)in gate2012(SC cutoff 22.02) and my gate score is 268.please tell me the list of colleges where I can apply for M tech/Me in civil.
