Criteria and procedure to apply for Nursing post in Indian Navy?

Sir, I am going to complete my B.Sc Nursing in this December, 2019. I'm a female candidate and belongs to General caste category. Am I eligible to apply in Indian Navy as a Nurse? If yes, then how can I apply?
