Hi........I am going to give my B.COM final year exam this year and want to know about cs course,its requirements and eligibility.

Hello friend,
Company Secretary course comprises of three programs including practical training. Any individual with the qualification of +2 are eligible to enroll for the Foundation program, which is followed by Executive Program and Professional Program. Any graduate (Science/Commerce/Arts), are eligible to enroll directly for the Executive Program. The institute do not conduct any entrance exam.

The last date of registration is 28th of February to appear in the examination conducted same year in the month of December and 31st of August for the examination conducted next year in the month of June.

Yes, you are eligible for apply CS(company secretary) course after B.Com. but you must get the 55% in your degree. you must clear the concept regarding your B.Com degree.

I have cleared IPCC and has secured 58% in the first attempt. I will give exams of B-Com final in March or April 2013 as now i am studying in 2nd year.
So sir for appearing CS-Executive in June 2013 directly without appearing for foundation at what date should i go for registration.. Sir are there any other rules as i am also a CA Final Student..

Eligibility requirements CS

students who have passed Senior Secondary Examination (10 + 2)
or
equivalent recognized examination are eligible for course.

no restrictions for age of the candidate

or

no restrictions for marks secured in Senior Secondary Examination.

Three stages of course are

foundation

intermediate

final

No need to do foundation stage if you are graduate from recognized university.

and

there is no entrance for this course you just need to clear the all subjects papers for completing the course in various stages.

Dear sir/madam,
- Yes, you can register for the CS executive exam which will be held on december and the last date to send the form is 31 May. If you know send the form then you will be eligible for only 1 group in december and the other one next june. Before giving the exam of CS first of all we have to know about the CS course as an additional information are :

- To register in the executive level of CS you need to have completed your graduation. The Executive program is conducted twice in academic year in the months of December and June. The cut off dates are:

28th February for December Exams, and
31st August for June Exam.

any student who have completed his/her graduation in any stream can take admissition in cs executive upto 31st may for december attempt and afterwards for Next june attempt.
