i think it is 150 -170 marks

My son got 96% in SSC exam March 2010. Now he studying HSC (Science) at Ruia College (Electronics as Bifocal). He likes Physics and Maths very much. He is preparing for MHCET. Please guide which branch of BE/BTec should he opt for or suggest any other Degree course.

dear friend ,

to get the admission in the maharshtra institute of technology that is MIT , PUNE
one must have to score marks more than 150 out of 200 in the mhtcet exam with pcm group.

after scoring marks more than 150 there are best chances to get admission in the mit,pune for the good branches like computer science , civil engineering , mechanical engineering , etc

the other requirement to appear in the counselling of the mhtcet exam is , you have to score aggregate 50% marks in the physics , chemistry and maths in 10+2 board exam.

the online application form for the counselling through mhtcet is available on the website www.dte.org.in
and all the cutoffs of the last year are also available on this website.
