HPCL does not conduct separate written test for recruiting engineers. The selection process is made based on GATE exam score. All eligible engineers can apply for this entrance exam. This exam is an online exam conducted once in a year by IIT,K.

If you have good score in GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) exam, you will be shortlisted for interview.
