NTPC is one the largest power company in India.National Thermal Power Corporation(NTPC).The main business of NTPC is engineering and construction.It also holds a test every year and more than 1 lakh student do participate in it and around 500-600 students are selected for the interview.
The Stream wise distribution is as follows
Mechanical Engineers – 20%
Electrical engineers – 25%
Instrumentation Engineers – 10%
Civil Engineers- 10%
HR and Finance – 15%.
NTPC’s training policy envisages minimum 7 mondays of training per employee per year.
NTPC has developed its own training infrastructure which comprises of –
1.Power Management Institute
2.Employee Development Centres.
You must need to contact your head of the department and ask him for the official letter and ask him to provide you the letter of training. After you get the letter you should fax that letter to the manager of the company and get the further details of it and even the manager can provide you some of the information. You should apply to maximum of the companies so you can choose the best out of it.
