A diploma holder can definitely appear for Joint Entrance Examination conducted by Indian Institutes of Technology provided:
  • The Diploma is recognized by All India Council for Technical Education or state board of technical education.
  • The duration of the diploma program is 3 years.
  • The candidate has scored a minimum of 60% marks in the qualifying examination, which is relaxed upto 5% for candidates belonging to Sc/St category.
  • The candidate is not over 25 years of age. The maximum age limit is 30 years for candidates belonging to Sc/St catgeory.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
