Do all universities or college's cut-off for B.Ed is 50%?

Hi, I have completed my graduation with 49.9%. I want to do B.Ed but I heard that all college's cut-off score is 50%. Is it true? Do all universities or colleges ask for 50%? Aren't there any universities or colleges from where I can do B.Ed with 49.9%?

B.Ed is Bachelor in Education and the eligibility to pursue the course is that :-

*Candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognised university.

* Candidate must have scored minimum 50% aggregate in the bachelor degree and relaxation for the reserved category.

So, you are not eligible to pursue the course, if belong to the general category.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
