Do I need to reappear for all papers of GDCA even after passing some of them in order to clear the full course?

I appeared GDCA (Government Diploma in Cooperation and Accountancy) 2017 exam but failed in 3 Subject so I want to clear remaining subject. How do I do it? Do I need to fill fresh from or I need to just give remaining subjects to complete the course?
