do the questions in each series differ in cbse 12th board exams?...or just the order is changed?

Class 12th cbse board usually have 3 or 4 sets in their examination for every exam. In each series question remain same as they are in other series. Just the order of the questions is a bit changed in each series, not necessarily each and every question but some of the question have their order changed. Otherwise, whole paper is same in each series.
