Does BSc 4th year result waiting student can join for course forensic nursing?

If you are in the final year of the course and avaiting for your result s than you can apply for the enterance exam for the following course
But if you have not got your results yet than you cannot apply for the course yet because you will require to submit the original documents of the undergraduate degree and than later go for the following course
