Does IGNOU offer the lateral entry scheme for B.Com?
If I get dropped in 1st year of B.Com because of financial problem then is it possible to get admissions in directly in 2nd year in IGNOU?

No, it is not possible to get admission in 2nd year of B. Com course after the leaving the course.
So, if you want to pursue the course than you have to pursue the course from the very first year. |
