Yes, IGNOU offers BMLT course. BMLT course can be applied through online mode. Further you also need to select course, documentation and payment done through online mode. IGNOU calls applications twice in a year, such as January and July. The course wil be of 4 years and semester based exams will be there including 2 semesters in a year.
