Hi, could anybody please confirm me whether does NIOS Board offer B.Ed degree course or not? If yes, then what is the admission procedure and course fee?

As per my knowledge, NIOS board doesn't have B. Ed course but it have D. El. Ed. You can apply for it if you are eligible.

NIOS doesn't offer B.Ed. course but it offers Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) course.

D.El.Ed. is a 2-year duration course. To pursue this course, you should have qualified 10+2 or equivalent exam with minimum 50% marks.

Course Fees for D.El.Ed. in NIOS:

• First Year: 4500 INR
• Second Year: 6000 INR

To get admission for this D.El.Ed. course, you need to qualify an entrance exam containing questions from 10th and 12th standard.

No, you can apply for NIOS D LED but not B.ED. B.Ed is a PG course that you can complete only after completing your graduation.
