Sir, I am BCA student and I wanted to join MCA which is being offered by Osmania University. Can I take direct admission in MCA? Or, do I need to appear for any entrance? I did not had Mathematics in my Intermediate.

As far as you are concerned about the possibility of pursuing MCA (Master of Computer Application) degree course from Osmania University then I would like to let you know that the same is not possible as Osmania University does not offer MCA degree course.
