Now i am doing my BE in computer science . what the companies are expecting from us? what all qualities we should have??

To get placed in a company you need to clear the written, /technical and HR rounds.
For written you need to be good in reasoning and english.
In technical they ask you mostly the basic questions from your subjects.
In HR you need to show confidence and interest in the job and company. Speak clearly and thinkfully. You shoul prepare the answers for questions like:
Why you want to join us, Why should we take you, Positive, Negative points and Hobbies.

From CS and IT graduates,companies dont ask for marks,percent or pointers,they rather look for a talented employee,if you can work efficiently with different languages then you have an edge over others,I here just to motivate you want to quote one example,one student from our college had 7.6 pointers but he had command over three different languages and he even developed a web page for a company,Amazon,the reputed company took only one boy from our college on the package of 18lpa just because of his talent......so my friend learn the different languages and softwares,that is what a company is looking for today....

Most of the companies conduct placement drive through the aptitude tests, and then GD ,Personal Interview and HR questions.

So you have to make yourself strong in aptitude sector, as well as your basics of subjects.

They generally ask the conceptual fundamentals of your subject to check your core knowledge.

In the HR round, your appearance is observed and as well as your character is scrutinized.

So prepare yourself according to these matters, you must get success.

Scopes under commerce after 12th standard

Most of the companies expect the good communication skills and good command in logical related questions.
1.The first test will be written test consists of apptitude and reasoning questions.
2.Second test will be technical interview.
3.Group discussion this test will be optional for some companies.
4.Last one is HR INTERVIEW.
Some companies will conduct only written test and final interview.
While doing be confident yourself.
