M.Tech in Microelectronics
Students aspiring for an Mtech in Microelectronics should know that the course is a competitive one as it is offered by few institutes in the country. Eligibility Criterion
Students aspiring to pursue this course must have a Bachelors’ degree in Electronics/Telecom/instrumentation/Computer Science Engineering. Some colleges may even accept an M.sc Physics degree or Electronic Sciences. It is mandatory for students to have appeared and cleared the GATE exam. The candidate is also required to be 21 years of age.
Course Outlook
The course of two years comprises of four semesters. Each semester will have its own new set of theory and practical work. The students are expected to get a minimum of 50% in each semester to be eligible for the unique placement opportunities provided by the institutes. The students are made to work with the best infrastructural facilities so as to prepare them and make them competent.

The field holds a lot of scope in the field of research and information technology. A number of international companies are hiring fresh graduates for advanced design work. I have done my b.tech. In electronics & com. In 2010 . Now im waiting for result of gate exam . My interust of field is digital electronics also the telicomm.
