My date of birth is 29.06.2000 and presently i am admit in 12th class and i want to appear in AIPMT-2017. Please tell me will eligible for this exam or not?

For appearing in the AIPMT entrance exam 2017, you must have to fulfill the age criteria. Your age must be in between 17 years to 25 years as on 31st December,2017 for appearing in the AIPMT 2017 exam. As per your given 'date of birth' you are eligible for appearing in the AIPMT 2017. Also you must have to qualify 12th standard with biology as the main subject. You should have to score at least 50% marks in your intermediate being a General category candidate. 5% marks relaxation is given to reserved candidates in 12th exams.

As per age criteria, you are eligible for AIPMT 2017 exam.

Age criteria:-

17 to 25 years.

Age relaxation:-

5 years for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates

Candidates who have completed 12th standard with above 50% marks are eligible for AIPMT 2017 exam but your 12th standard subject should be Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English.

Eligibility criteria for AIPMT Entrance Exam 2017:-

The candidate should have complete 12th

There is no percentage required for the reserved candidates about 5%

AIPMT stands for All India Pre-Medical/ Pre-Dental Test. It is an National level medical entrance examination which is conducted for selection of candidates for admission to MBBS/BDS courses under 15% All India Quota seats in Government Medical/Dental colleges of India except in the States of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Jammu &

Eligibility Criteria required to appear in AIPMT 2017 examination is mentioned below :-

1. Educational Qualification :-
You should have passed 12th standard or equivalent examination with minimum aggregate of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-Technology subjects taken together and also you must have passed English in your 12th standard from a Government recognised Board.

2. Age Limit :-
You must be minimum 17 years old at the time of admission or you have to attain the age on or before 31st December, 2017 to the first year year MBBS/BDS course.

The upper age limit to appear in AIPMT 2017 examination is 25 years. For OBC candidates, it is 28 years and for SC/ST candidates, the maximum age limit is 30 years.

3. Nationality :-
You must be an Indian Citizen.
