Eligibility to appear in IELTS for a candidate with 47% in 12th and 53% in BA?
Hello everyone, I have secured 47% in 12th and 53% in BA. I want to appear in IELTS so that I can study in Abroad. I would like to know that with such qualification, I am eligible or not to appear in IELTS?
