Eligibility to apply for Panchayat Secretary exam and its syllabus details.


I am in my final year of B.Tech. Am I eligible to write Panchayat Secretary exam for Group 3? Is yes, then kindly share the syllabus and exam pattern details.

The exam contains 2 papers
Prelims exam
Paper 1 General Studies and mental Ability
Paper 2 Rural Development and problems in Rural area

Main exam
Paper 1 General studies
Paper 2 Rural Development and problems in Rural areas

The exam is objective type , for each wrong answer , 1/3rd of marks will be penalised for prescribed question.

Eligibility
Must have bachelor's degree from any recognised university in India incorporated on established under Central, provincial or an institution recognised by UGC.
Must have knowledge of hindi and Telugu.
