For all public sector units the basic eligibility to pass in engineering degree with a minimum of 45% marks. You can find the advertisement of recruitment of public sector firms in all leading newspaper, employment news and in their official websites. Almost all the firms have written test followed by interview for selecting the candidates. Nowadays, some companies are considering GATE score for recruitment.

Eligibility criteria for all public sector exam are almost same.
nationality to be indian Age limit is 30 years for general category with some years of relaxation for reservation category.(5years for sc st) you should be graduate from a well recognized affiliated university.
