CSIR UGC NET is the entrance exam to determine eligibility of college and university level lectureship and to award for JRF (Junior Research Fellowship). There is no limit on number of attempt to appear for entrance NET.
Eligibility of CSIR UGC NET for JRF - You must have Indian Nationality. - You must have passed M.Sc or equivalent degree/Integrated BS-MS/BS 4 years/MBBS/B.E/B.Tech/B.Pharm/B.Sc (Hons.) or equivalent degree enrolled in Integrated MS-Ph.D course with at least 55% marks for general and OBC categories, 50% marks for SC/ST/PwD categories from a recognized university. - Your age must be less than 28 years on 1st April of the examination year. Application Process to Apply for CSIR UGC NET for JRF - Visit the official website : www.csir.nta.nic.in - Click on button "Online Application Form". - A new window will be opened. Click on button "New Registration". - Read the instructions carefully and check the box of terms and conditions. Click on "Click Here to Proceed". - Enter the basic details Name, DOB, Mobile Number, Email and click on "Submit" button to complete registration. - On successfully registration, Application Number and Password will be generated. Note down it. - Login and Fill the details in application form. - Upload scanned copies of photograph, signature and other documents in prescribed format. - Preview your application. Check all the details carefully and submit your application. - Make a fee payment of application fee. - Take a print of application and fees receipt. Application Fee - General : Rs. 1000/- - OBC : Rs. 500/- - SC/ST/PwD : Rs. 250/- |
