10th qualification join to nift are not? What is the eligibility requirement I don't know please tell me.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR NIFT:

To do Bachelors degree in NIFT you would require to complete 10+2 which is th e only eligibility criteria for it. So, make sure that you complete your 12th grade and then apply for the NIFT exam.

NIFT (National Institute of Fashion Technology) offers various courses in Bachelor as well as master level. To be eligible for a bachelor course in NIFT, you have to complete your 12th level examination of any recognized central/state board.

Well National School of Open schooling candidates is also eligible for NIFT Bachelor course only if they have scored A Grade marks with minimum 5 subjects in 12th examination. Those who have completed 3 or 4-year diploma recognized by AICTE or a State Board of Technical Education are also eligible for NIFT (B.Des.) Course.

OR

You must have completed a minimum of 3 years of relevant education after 10th to be eligible for admission to Fashion / Apparels / Textile and Accessories / Home Science/ Handloom Technology / Products / Visual Communication / Graphic Design / Industrial Design / Interior Design / Multimedia Design / Apparel Technology / Leather or any other similar course.

Eligibility (B.Ftech):

But to be eligible for Bachelor programme in Technology (B.Ftech) then you have to complete your Intermediate examination (12th) from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

AGE LIMIT FOR BACHELOR COURSES:

Maximum Age: 23 years. Relaxation is applicable for only SC/ST/PHP candidates of 5 years.

1. Degree – Bachelor of Design (B.Des)

~~ Fashion Design
~~ Textile Design
~~ Leather Design
~~ Knitwear Design
~~ Accessory Design
~~ Fashion Communication

2. Degree – Bachelor of Fashion Technology (B.Ftech)

Or
Candidate must be a pass grade in the Senior Secondary School Examination conducted by the National Open School with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics among the five subjects.

Age limit:-

Maximum age of the candidate should not exceed 23 years.

Age relaxation for OBC category candidates 3 years

And SC/ST category candidates 5 years.

NIFT means "National institute of fashion technology" and the minimum educational qualification needed to join this course is to have the certificate of 12th std from any of the three streams available.

--> They have to write a written and as will as online examination.

--> Initially candidates must write the written test and based on the result they are allowed to attend the situation test called personal interview.

--> Applicant who wish to pursue UG courses in the fashion technology must complete their 17 years of age and the candidates who have complete their UG degree in any less they are also eligible to write the examination for the PG courses.

--> Candidates who have complete their 3 years diploma course are also eligible to take up the PG courses in this institution.

To give this exam, candidate should complete his/her 12th with Physics, Maths and Chemistry as their subjects or even candidates appearing for the 12th examination are also eligible to give this exam.

Candidate must be below 23 years of age if they wish to apply for graduate courses.

NIFT Eligibility Criteria for Master of Design Programme---

The candidate must hold an undergraduate degree from any institute or university recognized by law in India or a Diploma in UG from NIFT/NID only.


NIFT Eligibility Criteria for Master of Fashion Management---

The candidate must hold an undergraduate degree from any institute or university recognized by law in India or an undergraduate diploma of minimum 3 years from NIFT/NID.


NIFT Eligibility Criteria for Master of Fashion Technology---

Candidate must hold B.F.Tech degree from NIFT or B.E./B.Tech from any institute or university recognized by law of India.

how many years ,for completing nift cours?and what about the career option after completing nift course?

Eligibility :

Candidates must have complete 12th with Maths , physics, Chemistry as their subjects with 50%
Age limit: Maximum age limit 23 years
Upper age limit for the relaxed by a period of 5 years for the candidates of SC/SC/PHP

I have done bcom from SOL and m still under the maximum age limit.. so am i eligible to join the bachelors degree for NIFT

I have completed my class 12th with PCB and I haven't taken math is math necessary for the NIFT . if math is necessary then is there is some place where math is not necessary for NIFT plz reply fast as u can
