Eligibility criteria for post of Tester in Mind Tree and other similar IT companies?

Hi, I am Balakrishnan. I have completed BE Mechanical engineering in the year 2016 I passed out with 64%. I have one year experience in Testing. Can I get a job in Mind Tree company? Which are other similar companies in terms of size and business?
