Eligibility criteria of MNC companies for Software Engineer post?

Eligibility Criteria required for Software Engineer Post:

>> Candidates from B.E/ B.Tech/ MCA/ M.E/ M.Tech background are eligible to apply for Software Engineer Post.

>> Candidates who are pursuing their Final year of Graduation are also eligible to apply for Software Engineer Post recruitment process.

>> Candidates must have secured minimum of 60% marks for Wipro, TCS, Accenture and 65% for Infosys recruitment process.

>> Candidates must have strong communication skills and language (English fluency) skills in order to be eligible for getting selected for Software Engineer post.

>> Candidates must have good command over several programming languages namely, C, C++, Java, .NET, Linux, PHP, SQL, Data Structures, HTML and UNIX in order to get job easily.

>> There should not be any active pending arrear (backlog) by the time candidate attends Software Engineer recruitment process.

To get recruited in MNC company first and fore most requirement they had been seeing is " Communication Skills ". Being a MNC employee you need to have good language skills since with out this you don't have a chance to move a head.

And there are number of countries associated with this MNC Companies so you need to be strong in communication. And one more requirement asked by many MNC's is " Programming Skills ".

Knowledge on subject is very needy one so you should have a very good knowledge in various programming subjects.

Basic Eligibility criteria required to get a job in MNC's is as follows :

<> You need to have a Good percentage and it is about minimum 65% of marks.

<> Programming skills and should have Soft skills

<> No Academic gap between your education.

<> No pending backlogs at the time of Interview.

Eligibility criteria for MNC companies placement:-

Required percentage of marks throughout the studies for Companies is 60%.

You should not have any pending backlog.

Candidates having more than two years gap throughout the studies are not eligible for companies recruitment.

Pattern for MNC companies written test:-

1. Quantitative /analytical reasoning (20 questions)
2. Verbal ability (20 questions)
3. Technical section (10questions)

I have 53 % in 10th, 58 % in 12th and 63 % in b.tech(electrical and electronics). Am I eligible for MNC software company . Is this right decision to go it sector with these marks and non it branch.

Hello sir, i got 59% in b.tech(ece) so can i get any job in mnc companies.
or else in normal company.

I got 10th 6.4 cgpa ..In 12th I failed once time next year I got 55% .
After 12th 1 year I get admission in bca ..can I got big MNC company???
