I have 56.8% am I eligible for PhD in business administration in UK or USA?

Eligibility for PhD in business administration in UK or USA:-

Aspirants for the PhD in Management programme should hold a postgraduate master's degree from an accredited institution in the UK or overseas showing evidence of above-average academic achievement.

>> This includes: A degree classification with a mark of 65% or more overall (or UK equivalent).
