hey minimum percentage you require in 12th class is 60%(only in pcm)...overall percentage should be anything for appearing in iit.
iit is one of best entrance exam through which you get the top most college of india and also get the good placement, so for preperaing for this exam kyou concept in pcm should be strong as you can make. so my best wishes with you. |

dear friend ,
to appear in the iitjee there is no criteria for the total percentage of the 12th exam. the aggregate score of the physics , chemistry and maths is considered . to appear in the iitjee one must have to score 60% aggregate in the pcm subjects. iitjee exam doesn't consider the overall score of the 12th exam. for the more information about the iitjee exam kindly visit the website www.iitjee.org thanks and best luck |

Quote:
only the aggregate percentage in PCM is considered for the minimum eligibility for IIT-JEE you should have 60% aggregate or above in PCM in 12th boards to be able to appear for IIT-JEE.. you have only 2 attempts to clear this exam..one is in the year in which you pass your 12th boards and the other is in the very next year all the best |

IIT only considers your marks average in Physics ,Chemistry and Maths.
You need to score an average of 60% in Physics ,Chemistry and Maths taken together. There is no co relation between the other subjects. Best of luck |

Dear friend ,
To appear in IITJEE you require minimum 60% in all six subjects as well as in PCM too. If you are sort of marks in any case then you are not eligible. If you have not got 60% marks in 12th then you can appear in JEE by scoring more than 60% marks in improvement exams... |
