Hello, I am an Ex Indian Army Officer. I want to join Sub-Inspector post in Uttarakhand Police. I need to know about the qualification which is required for joining as a Sub-Inspector and also the eligibility criteria. Thank you!

Eligibility and Qualification Required to apply for Sub Inspector post of Uttarakhand Police recruitment for Ex-Indian Army Officer:

The basic educational qualification required to apply for this Sub Inspector post in Uttarakhand Police department is Graduation or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

<> The minimum qualification required for Ex-Servicemen is Intermediate from a recognized board.

<> The minimum age required is 18 years and maximum age should not exceed 28 years for General category candidates.

<> Of course there will be an age relaxation of 5 years for Ex-Servicemen category candidates. Hence, upper age for you would be 33 years to apply for this recruitment.

Required criteria for the post of Sub-Inspector are as follows:-
Candidate must be a holder of Intermediate degree from a recognized university.
Candidate must have scored a minimum of 50 percent in Intermediate.
Candidate age should be 18 years to 28 years.
For Ex-servicemen age criteria should be 38 years maximum.
Candidate should be physically and mentally fit.
