Eligibility to secure BTech admission in IIT for a candidate with 67% in 12th standard?

Respected Sir/Madam, it is my dream to do Engineering in IIT. But I have scored only 67% marks in my 12th Board exam. I am preparing for JEE Main and Advanced as well. So, with this percentage of marks, I am eligible to secure BTech admission in IIT?

IIT is Indian Institute of Technology and to get admission in the institute you have to appear and qualify in both stages of JEE.

The minimum required aggregate in 12th board examination to appear for Advanced stage is 75% for CBSE, but it varies for different board ( as top 20 percentile ).

Application form is available for 2019 examination. The last date of application is 30th September 2018.

The minimum percentage of marks required to get admission in NITs or IITs through JEE Main or Advanced is 75% in senior secondary board examination. You can apply for JEE Main examination but you will not be able to get admission in IITs through JEE Advanced with less than 75% marks.

The percentage criteria is relaxed by 10% for candidates belonging to SC/ST category.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
