Eligibility to secure LKG admission for a 2 years and 6 months old candidate?
Hi friends, my daughter is 2 years and 6 months old right now. Is she eligible for the admission in LKG? I am planning to send her school for LKG from the upcoming session. So, she will get admission in LKG at this age?

Generally, most of the schools admit children for LKG standard having age of approx. 3 and 1/2 years around 1 June in that year.
This rule can be sometimes relaxed to 3 years or 4 years by school authorities depending upon the age of the child. Since, your daughter is 2 and 1/2 years old, so after 6 months she can get admission to LKG standard in any school. |

Admission for kids in lower kindergarten age limit would be 2 years 6 months to 3 years(depending on the school norms).
School may relax age limit to 4 years also. |
