Yes, you are eligible for TNPSC exams but there are lot categories available in TNPSC.
Group 1, Group 2, Group 2A, Group 4, VAO and many others.
Group 1 and Group 2 is eligible only for Degree holders.
Group 4 and VAO are eligible for those who had completed 10th std.
So you can write the latter posts now, after completing your degree you can try for the others.
