various entrance exams for admissions for masters in chemistry are iit-jam.you can also apply for banaras hindu university,isme dhanbad.you can also apply in jadavpur university, central university. in private universities like anna university, srm university. generally all these universities have there individual entrance exams about which you can get information by reading newspapers.the advertisement comes out from time to time generally from november to march.so you can get your required information from there.gud luck.
